Crunch, crunch — who needs meat when you’ve got veggies?
Long ago, in the deep, deep mountains,
lived a tiger unlike any you’ve ever heard of.
🌿 The Leaf-Loving Tiger
He had a roar that shook the trees
and eyes that sparkled like lightning—
but here’s the twist:
he didn’t eat meat.
Nope. Not even a nibble.
Instead, this tiger munched on wild greens all day long.
Bitter spring cabbages, fragrant water parsley, sweet wild sesame leaves…
“These are fit for a king’s feast!”
he’d say, chomping happily.
🐅 “A tiger… eating veggies?!”
Other tigers just shook their heads.
“Tsk, tsk… What kind of tiger eats weeds?
Those fangs and claws—are they just for show?”
But the veggie tiger would just laugh.
“You’re missing out!
These greens are nutty, crunchy, and oh-so-refreshing.
They soothe the body and the soul!”
💦 A Sticky Situation
One morning, while peeking at his reflection
in a crystal-clear mountain spring,
he gasped!
A tough veggie stem had wedged itself
right between his sharpest fangs! 😱
He tried to nudge it with his tongue.
Wiggled his nose.
Nope—it wouldn’t budge.
So he gently reached up with his paw…
and plucked it free with great care.
Then, grinning ear to ear, he exclaimed:
“Got it! Finally!
So this is when claws come in handy!”
🐾 Happy Dance Time
He was so thrilled
that he did a little wiggle—
his rump bounced, his tail swished—
like an excited puppy! 🐶
☀️ Peace, Plants, and Plenty of Sunshine
And so, the veggie-loving tiger
went back to his peaceful mountain life.
He still doesn’t touch meat,
but spends each day nibbling greens,
soaking up sunshine,
and feeling just right—
inside and out. 🌞🌿
